In a setback to Congress leader Sajjan Kumar, the Supreme Court today dismissed his plea for quashing of charges against him in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.

It is alleged by many eyewitnesses and victims... Sajan Kumar, the Congressman was leading the mob to kill Sikhs in 1984 Riots?

When Congress is so vocal about Gujarat snoop Gate, debating everyday on TV channels, taking high moral and constitutional ground on human rights violation...

Why Congress is quiet on this and shielding criminals like Sajjan Kumar ?

Why Human Right Activists who claim to be champions of Human Rights Violations are quiet for the last 25 years? 

Are the busy nailing Narendra Modi on 2002 Riots and now so called Snooping on a girl by Amit Shah?

Today there are two  BREAKING NEWS published. And in both cases, Human Rights Violation were grossly committed.

Congress loves to target Narendra Modi for Human Rights Violations committed in 2002 riots in Gujarat ?  What about 1984 Sikh Riots sponsored by Congressmen?

The 1984 anti-Sikhs riots or the 1984 Sikh Massacre were a series of pogroms directed against Sikhs in India, by anti-Sikh mobs, in response to the assassination of Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards. There were more than 8,000 deaths, including 3,000 in Delhi. The Central Bureau of Investigation, the main Indian investigating agency, is of the opinion that the acts of violence were organized by Congressmen in power with the support from the then Delhi police officials.

Jagmohan Singh Khurmi, The Tribune, Reported.. .

" Such wide-scale violence cannot take place without police help. Delhi Police, whose paramount duty was to upkeep law and order situation and protect innocent lives, gave full help to rioters who were in fact working under able guidance of sycophant leaders like Jagdish Tytler and H K L Bhagat. It is a known fact that many jails, sub-jails and lock-ups were opened for three days and prisoners, for the most part hardened criminals, were provided fullest provisions, means and instruction to "teach the Sikhs a lesson". But it will be wrong to say that Delhi Police did nothing, for it took full and keen action against Sikhs who tried to defend themselves. The Sikhs who opened fire to save their lives and property had to spend months dragging heels in courts after-wards."" The Tribune.

Throughout the night of 31 October and morning of 1 November, Congress leaders met with local supporters to distribute money and weapons.  

Congress party MP Sajjan Kumar and Trade Union leader Lalit Maken handed out 100 rupee notes and bottles of liquor to assailants. 

In Sultanpuri, Moti Singh, a Sikh who had served in the Congress party for 20 years heard Sajjan Kumar give the following speech:

Whoever kills the sons of the snakes, I will reward them. Whoever kills Roshan Singh and Bagh Singh will get 5,000 rupees each and 1,000 rupees each for killing any other Sikhs. You can collect these prizes on November 3 from my personal assistant Jai Chand Jamadar.

The CBI recently told to the court that during the riot Sajjan Kumar had said that "not a single Sikh should survive" It also said that Delhi police kept its "eyes closed" during the riot as it was per-planned.

Congress (I) leader Shyam Tyagi, H. K. L. Bhagat, the Minister of Information and Broadcasting,Balwan Khokhar, a local Congress (I) party leader who was later implicated in the ensuing massacre.  Shankar Lal Sharma, an active Congress party supporter, too was involved as CBI reports

Congress Party leaders  Congress Party MP Sajjan Kumar was on the forefront instigating and giving instructions to crowd  along with P.K. Tripathi, president of the local Congress Party

Will Rahul Gandhi show the high moral ground he likes to take to come out openly in the press conference and say Hang them All for their roles in 1984 Riots? 

Will Digvijay Singh, Rita Bahugunba Kapil Sebal , Manish Tiwari, Kamal Farooqui come on National Channels and say... Hang them All  if they have committed the heinous crimes of burnning and killing innocent Sikh men, women and Children ? 

Why is Congress avoiding 1984 Riots issue? Congress is in the dock for 1984 sponsored Sikh riots and killings? Why 25 years court cases are dragging? 

Why Human rights Activists are not taking on Congress for 1984 Riots? 

Is there some understanding between them or they are getting paid for targeting Narendra Modi?

This country wants to know the politics Congress is playing. 

BHOPAL GAS TRAGEDY

The Bhopal disaster, also referred to as the Bhopal gas tragedy, was a gas leak incident in India, considered the world's worst industrial disaster. 

Over 500,000 people were exposed to methyl isocyanate gas and other chemicals. 

The toxic substance made its way in and around the shantytowns located near the plant. Estimates vary on the death toll. The official immediate death toll was 2,259. The government of Madhya Pradesh confirmed a total of 3,787 deaths related to the gas release. Others estimate 8,000 died within two weeks and another 8,000 or more have since died from gas-related diseases. 

A government affidavit in 2006 stated the leak caused 558,125 injuries including 38,478 temporary partial injuries and approximately 3,900 severely and permanently disabling injured.

Why Congress and all Human Right Activists are quiet on these two Human tragedies with gross Human Rights Violation? 

Why National TV channels are only talking of Gujarat 2002 Riots and Gujarat Snoopgate? Why not Sajjan Kumar, and Congressmen role in 1984 Riots killing many thousand innocent Sikhs?

What is this Politics under the name of Constitution and Human rights violations? Narendra Moddi is damned for the last 10 years on Human rights violations?  Though there is no shred of evidence against him and not even FIR is filed against him and not any Indian court has convicted him after so many investigations. 

Whereas, there is tons of evidence against Congressmen playing a Devil`s role in 1984 riots. Why so called champions of Human Right Activists are keeping quiet? Are they working for Congress?

Is section of the media and some NGOs getting paid for the character assassination  of Narendra Modi? 

Is Gujarat Snoopgate more serious than 1984 riot Victims, and Bhopal Gas victims?  Or They don't deserve justice? They are waiting for over 25 years for justice now? Will Congress come clean on these tragedies?

Or Congress political agenda is only to assassinate Narendra Modi, politically?
