Look who is talking of personal freedom of people, personal life of people and fundamental rights of citizen??  Congress? 

Congress says, women are worried about being followed and kept under surveillance  by  Narendra Modi Government and has scared women all over India for invading personal privacy of women in Gujarat? Women belonging to congress camp, and some human rights activists are up in arms demanding Narendra Modi steps down as Chief Minister?

But surprisingly, we did not see same congress women protesting against Shoma Choudhari and Tarun Tejpal? We did not see these Congress women protesting against SP government in Utter Pradesh where women on the road are raped by gangs and they are killed? Where politicians of SP are making derogatory comments about women?

This is enough proof that this Gujarat Snooping is purely politically motivated propaganda once again against Modi and a political conspiracy. 

What right congress has to talk of all these after 1975 emergency Rule imposed on citizens when all the fundamental rights of  people of India were suspended. People were thrown in the jails without any crime committed? .

The only crime they committed was stood against Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi? 

And who was Sanjay Gandhi in the congress government? Nobody. But still somebody who was giving instructions to Congress Ministers what to do and what not? This happened only because of dynastic politics with the result, 21 months of emergency witnessed all sort of unimaginable Human rights violations 

That same congress is today so concerned about a Gujarat Snooping? Talking of Human rights violations?

This is a cruel joke played on gullible people of India who have a poor memory and get going with life when life for them is day to day struggle. The way Congress is arranging choreographed protests through Congress women's wings, and few Human rights activists, you can see the political agenda. 

Only, If so much of energy had been given for Bhopal Gas Victims and 1984 Shikh massacre in Delhi, all the victims would have got justice long time back. But to expect that fairness from these politically sponsored and motivated agents, it is too much to expect. 

All these fake people, be it politicians, section of the media, journalists or human rights activists, Bhopal tragedy and 1984 riots are politically incorrect for them. Because Congress is in the dock in both the cases for human rights violations. And Congress is not on their target, it is Narendra modi as it suits their interest politically and commercially too.

Bashing Narendra Modi is their prime agenda and so Gujarat Snooping is focused to make sure Narendra modi finally gets nailed. Then, their limited objective is achieved to eliminate Naredra Modi politically..

Today, it is only a political game for Congress, JDU, SP BSP RJD or Aam Admi Party.
Narendra Modi is their target since they all have nothing much to talk about themselves on what they can do for this country in the most constructive ways if come to power.. So Congress has a battalion of experts to look into all that Narendra Modi says, does, done, and what his administration or his ministers do. 

May be past Gujarat history is studied in depth and every issue is scanned to see how they can trap him before elections. The political goal is to TRAP Modi, Corner Him, keep accusing him, keep abusing him. Congress and its allied partners like Nitish Kumar are engaged with Modi centric propaganda. 

But what happened to serial bomb blasts those exploded, on the Gandhinagar ground in BJP rally in Bihar ?  Whose administration was responsible for that serious lapse?

Nobody demands that Chief minister of Bihar must resign for his government`s failure on serial bomb blasts at Gandhinagar which almost killed Narendra Modi ? Nobody wants to talk about it because none of them are interested in speaking the truth and none of them want to be accountable and answerable  for such bad governance. 

But when it comes to Narendra Modi, everyone jumps including Dr Manmohan Singh who  otherwise is quiet on Coalgate, Railgate, 2G or CWG scam. He becomes vocal and can speak on Narendra Modi, but will not utter a word on anything wrong happening in his backyard?

Congress ministers from Chidamabram, to Kapil Sebal, Salman Khurshid, Sushil Kumar Shinde will everyday in turn target Mr Modi but will not take responsibility for deficit in their own governance? 

When finance minister targets Mr Modi, how does he very conveniently  forgets Onions are selling for 100Rs Kg? Tomatoes for 50/ 60 Rs Kg and veges for 70-80 Rs kg?  Sugar for 50 Rs kg?  Milk and eggs middle class simply can not  afford.to buy. 

Besides his own responsibility as a Finance Minister he knows what is happening in Gujarat but doesn't know what is happening in the market?

As a finance Minister of this country, how is he not responsible for commodity prices going high?  Why doesn't he tell the nation about his own failures ?

Agriculture Minister Mr Sharad Pawar says, I cant do anything about it because it is not under his control? Cricket is under his control but his own ministry responsible to work on how agro should be managed so that there is no shortage, there is no hoarding, and enough storage facility is built to preserve agricultural produce is not his responsibility?. 

Who is suppose to work on all this ? Why do people vote for these politicians who don't deliver and have vested interests? 

Why home minister of this country Sushil Kumar Shinde fails to catch IM terrorists operating from Indian soil, working with ISI, Hafeez Saeed of Pakistan and killing Indian citizens with their terror attacks?  

He and his government seems to have soft corner for IM operatives which results from his party`s minority appeasement policy?

Why home Ministry has miserably failed to convict arrested terrorists and hang them in the last one decade? Many arrested by their police and intelligence are released for lack of evidence? Whose failure is that? 

Why Sushil Kumar Shinde does not explain this nation on his own failures rather than Narendra Modi? 

When Pakistan cares a damn, involves in cross border terrorism, our jawans are beheaded, every day crossing LOC and kill Indian soldiers at the borders, sends trained terrorists in India like Ajmal Kasab to kill Indian citizens, Whose failure is that? What is the role of a foreign affairs minister? Has he not failed completely and totally in performing his own role? 

How is China brazenly occupying Indian land and Indian government is not even aware about it or could not stop China encroaching on our land many kilometers inside Indian territory? 

What was Salman Khurshid and his Foreign Affairs Ministry doing? 

Has his diplomacy worked in stopping Pakistan and China bullying India? Whose failure is that? Very smartly, Salman Khurshid keeps taking shots at Narendra Modi, what is his own track record? He and his own government have not only failed in managing foreign affairs but messed up in dealing with these two bullies  who have come to understand this Congress government is spineless and busy playing its own brand of politics with their own people. 

What right Salman Khurshid has got to talk against Narendra modi and Gujarat ? 

Let him explain this country on his own failures? Why is he running away from the facts and trying to divert attention of the people from his own failures?

Let first Congress prove it to people what have they delivered in the last 60 years of their governance? 

I stay in the suburbs of Mumbai that is Thane which is a mega city and power goes off five times everyday? Sometimes, 10 times we experience power shut offs? Water is in short supply. It is a condition of a city like Thane. Water shortage is there in a place like Mumbai and water is released hardly for an hour or so in some areas that includes place like in major cities.

Is this what the progress Congress in last 60 years bragging about?

This is the situation in metropolitan cities. We know in our rural areas, people have to go as far as 5 to 8 kms to fetch water ? And talk of power in villages?  12 to 14 hrs there is no power in villages. The roads are not existing and worst is, we have seen documentaries where school going children are crossing rivers on ropes? Because there do not exist bridges to cross from one side to other? What a shame after 67 years of independence? 
This is the performance record of Congress of the last 60 years of their governance. What is Congress bragging about their role in shaping India?

The tax payers money in crorres and crores is pocketed by politicians and even today these Congress politicians are looting this country. What are 2G, CWG, Boffors, Westland Chopper scams ? Railgate and coalgate scams ? What are Adarsha scam and irrigation scam? SRA schemes, Infrastructural projects, roads, bridges,Open spaces, gardens, creeks, and even forest lands are fraudulently sold to builders and all have made money in the last 67 years of their rule. 

The result of this corrupt rule is illegal constructions all over India. And  black money creation. Its no wonder billions are parked by many of these corrupt politicians in foreign accounts which P. Chidamabaram, Dr Manmohan Singh, who are economists do not want to talk about it because their own interests and ministers are involved in the corrupt practices. 

Congress has lot to answer on many frauds during their times. If corruption is seen at high levels it is Congress gift to this nation. 

Do they have any moral right to raise a finger against Narendra Modi? 

They dont but they are so shameless that all the corrupt are ganging up against one person for the last 10 years and trying to hang him. Only one person, Narendra Modi. Because he is not corrupt, Congress is not in a position to trap him on corruption. But these corrupt are constantly involved framing up charges against Narendra Modi Because he is seen by all the corrupt in Congress as a danger to their political existence.

Their loot of this country together with their political partners like Laloo Yadav, Mayawati, Mulayum Singh, Karunanidhi and family, is only the common cause for all of them to come together to destroy clean, efficient and non corrupt leader like Narendra Modi.? 

Congressmen, Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manmohan singh must stop fooling people of India. We may have got fooled several times but not this time for sure they should  try their old tricks with poor man stories. They don't care aboutr poor man, poor farmer, or minority. For congress and its allied partners these are merely Vote Banks nothing more than that.

Before putting Narendra modi in the dock... Congress has to answer about 60 years of their loot and misgovernance.

Atleast... Narendra Modi is strong patriot, a nationalists and has not looted this country even if his model of development is flawed for the sake of an argument, for people of Gujarat it is acceptable and they have endorsed his vision three times consecutively. 

What do Dr Manmohan Sing as a PM, P: Chidamabaram as FM,  Sonia Gandhi, Congress President, Rahul Gandhi Vice President of Congress got to show on their governance model? 

The corruption ?  Loot of the national wealth? Black money generation ?  Poor governance?  Arrogance,? And false commitments like Garibi Hatao? Only dishonet,  hollow promises to poor people of India ?

Modi has delivered on performance and development.he has not looted this country.

We are willing to compromise on poor performance, bad governance but not robbing of this country, not pampering of enemies of this country who set off serial bombs to kill innocent Indians. and we will not tolerate anti national elements who are working for ISI staying on our Indian soil. 

This message has to be loud and claer to these political class which is dishonestly trying to sell their fake secular image to poor Indians.

The 1984 anti-Sikhs riots or the 1984 Sikh Massacre were a series of pogroms directed against Sikhs in India, by anti-Sikh mobs, in response to the assassination of Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards. There were more than 8,000 deaths, including 3,000 in Delhi. The Central Bureau of Investigation, the main Indian investigating agency, is of the opinion that the acts of violence were organized by Congressmen in power with the support from the then Delhi police officials.

Jagmohan Singh Khurmi, The Tribune, Reported.. .

" Such wide-scale violence cannot take place without police help. Delhi Police, whose paramount duty was to upkeep law and order situation and protect innocent lives, gave full help to rioters who were in fact working under able guidance of sycophant leaders like Jagdish Tytler and H K L Bhagat. It is a known fact that many jails, sub-jails and lock-ups were opened for three days and prisoners, for the most part hardened criminals, were provided fullest provisions, means and instruction to "teach the Sikhs a lesson". But it will be wrong to say that Delhi Police did nothing, for it took full and keen action against Sikhs who tried to defend themselves. The Sikhs who opened fire to save their lives and property had to spend months dragging heels in courts after-wards."" The Tribune.

Throughout the night of 31 October and morning of 1 November, Congress leaders met with local supporters to distribute money and weapons.  

Congress party MP Sajjan Kumar and Trade Union leader Lalit Maken handed out 100 rupee notes and bottles of liquor to assailants. 

In Sultanpuri, Moti Singh, a Sikh who had served in the Congress party for 20 years heard Sajjan Kumar give the following speech:

Whoever kills the sons of the snakes, I will reward them. Whoever kills Roshan Singh and Bagh Singh will get 5,000 rupees each and 1,000 rupees each for killing any other Sikhs. You can collect these prizes on November 3 from my personal assistant Jai Chand Jamadar.

The CBI recently told to the court that during the riot Sajjan Kumar had said that "not a single Sikh should survive" It also said that Delhi police kept its "eyes closed" during the riot as it was per-planned.

BHOPAL GAS TRAGEDY

The Bhopal disaster, also referred to as the Bhopal gas tragedy, was a gas leak incident in India, considered the world's worst industrial disaster. 

Over 500,000 people were exposed to methyl isocyanate gas and other chemicals. 

The toxic substance made its way in and around the shantytowns located near the plant. Estimates vary on the death toll. The official immediate death toll was 2,259. The government of Madhya Pradesh confirmed a total of 3,787 deaths related to the gas release. Others estimate 8,000 died within two weeks and another 8,000 or more have since died from gas-related diseases. 

A government affidavit in 2006 stated the leak caused 558,125 injuries including 38,478 temporary partial injuries and approximately 3,900 severely and permanently disabling injured.

Why Congress and all Human Right Activists are quiet on these two Human tragedies with gross Human Rights Violation? 

Why National TV channels are only talking of Gujarat 2002 Riots and Gujarat Snoopgate? Why not Sajjan Kumar, and Congressmen role in 1984 Riots killing many thousand innocent Sikhs?

What is this Politics under the name of Constitution and Human rights violations? Narendra Moddi is damned for the last 10 years on Human rights violations?  Though there is no shred of evidence against him and not even FIR is filed against him and not any Indian court has convicted him after so many investigations. 

Whereas, there is tons of evidence against Congressmen playing a Devil`s role in 1984 riots. Why so called champions of Human Right Activists are keeping quiet? Are they working for Congress?

Is section of the media and some NGOs getting paid for the character assassination  of Narendra Modi? 

Is Gujarat Snoopgate more serious than 1984 riot Victims, and Bhopal Gas victims?  Or They don't deserve justice? They are waiting for over 25 years for justice now? Will Congress come clean on these tragedies?

Or Congress political agenda is only to assassinate Narendra Modi, politically?

I often heard this flawed argument by politicians like Kapeel Sebal, Chidamabaram, Digvijay singh who keep telling people of India, Modi is not Prime Ministerial material ?  I know non of them have proved their worth in public life till today and have developed complex against Mr Modi. But today, Shaqeel Ahmed beat them all with his outrageous comments.

He said... Modi is " Anphadh Aadmi hai " meaning uneducated person he is and Modi is no comparison to Dr Manmohan Singh who is highly qualified?  He said... Modi is like stand alone comedy circus? His talk and act is like Comedy circus.... says Shqeel Ahemed

I do not know what is his own qualification, I only know, he is with congress only on one qualification that is, he is good at sycophancy!  He is in Congress with the blessings of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.  Like Digvijay Singh in Congress! .On their own, they are useless characters for this country and dangerous too because of their brand of politics.

But this argument... " that, Modi may be successful in his own state ( which congress politically doesn't agree) but can not he be the right choice to lead this nation as a PM candidate is unqualified statement in the first place and certainly an election propaganda.

Kapeel Sebal says, BJP should change their Prime ministerial Candidate Narendra Modi  and choose somebody else? The same politician who tried to fake us ZERO LOSS theory on 2G Scam and Coalgate Scam.that was Kapeel Sebal and Chidamambaram who were trying to fool people of India with their smart logic and fell flat with their argument later.

This is actually an argument floated by Congress`s  smart publicity managers, like Kapeel Sebal, Chidamambaram, Manish Tiwari to confuse electorate.and appeal not to vote for Modi..
As a strategy to politically assassinate and eliminate Narendra Modi and to stop him from coming to center, these political parties designed two way strategy. 

1, to convince people that Mr Modi.´s all claims about development are false and fake. The statistics are all fabricated and Gujarat has been always a developed state because of its enterprising Gujarati people.
2. Modi is communal, fascist, and was responsible for 2002 riots and he should not be pardoned but hanged for his role in Riots.
On these two points, all the propaganda machinery is working to influence citizens of India that Modi can not be acceptable to people of  India. Their logic? He is too autocratic, dominant, and pushy? He works like a dictator? And India doesn't want a dictator in a democratic setup. (Their pitch to people)   

But all of them forget one thing very conveniently, who decides that ? Who is fit to be the Prime Minister of this country?

Not these corrupt  politicians who play communal politics and in the last 65 years only looted this country. So in 2014 voters will decide who is communal, who is secular, who can give non corrupt governance and take care of the citizens passionately to improve their quality of life.

There was a time when people were questioning.. Who`s there after Nehru? 

 

And from nowhere Lal Bahadur Shshtri appeared as our leader and he taught a lesson to same Pakistan who is beheading our soldiers today. And this spineless Prime Minister is watching it all as a mute spectator?  People even had doubts about Lal Bahadur Shshtri`s capability but he proved everyone  wrong. 

 

Secondly, I do not even subscribe to the view which is often expressed by Congress media managers that, handling a state like Gujarat is one thing and handling country is another.

 

This is a myth and a false argument in the academic sense. This argument is cleverly developed by Congress to convince people, that don't get sold on Modi`s model of development and performance. To say this to people, is completely irrational, illogical, mischievous and politically motivated.  This is Congress propaganda.

 

What about Rajeev Gandhi, a pilot by profession ? He was not in politics.  

 

Did he have any political, administrative experience to govern country as large as India? But the same Congress made him the Prime minister of India when they had very experienced and more deserving politicians like Pranab Mukharjee? 

 

Was he not competent to become the leader of this country? 

 

Anytime he was. But the Dynastic politics played a role here and all other capable experienced candidates like Pranab Daa were smartly pushed back and only Gandhi family was promoted to take over Prime Ministerial role every time. 

 

After Rajeev Gandhi, on what basis Congress told this nation that Sonia Gandhi is competent to run this vast country without any political and administrative experience? And worst, what was her background?  India was a foreign country for her.  Without knowing the history of this country, Social, political dynamics of this country, she was proposed as a Congress Prime Ministerial candidate? How was that rational ?   

 

Today, if all Congressmen are trying to promote Rahul Gandhi as a suitable candidate for the PM position, what is the  basis? 

 

What is his experience? What is his track record? What are their academic back grounds? If Rajeev Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, can become Prime Ministers, Devi Gauda, Charan Singh, Chandra Shekahar coming form nowhere, from small states, can become Prime Ministers, ...why can not Modi who has a proven track record of 15 years. He is far far qualified, capable and superior candidate than all of them to become Prime minister of this country.

 

Why should anyone doubt his capability? 

 

Modi has all the leadership qualities and PLUS... he is non corrupt, and a staunch nationalist. That is what India wants today. India does not want anyone without knowledge, experience, wisdom and vision to take a captain-ship. It is not a job of any tom, dick and harry. 

 

A country like India with all its resources, talent, competence, only needs a visionary non corrupt leadership who can take this country to enviable heights. This is possible with good non corrupt governance,  without communal, vote bank politics.and not the way Congress wants to run like a trading shop or their private limited company..

Whether one likes it or not... Modi is the only competent visionary leader today who can perform and deliver what India wants. Others are useless politicians who only are expert in looting this country.and all the scams are a proof of this.

Tehelka Shows the Ugly Side of Indian Media.

Is Corrupt side of the Media getting Exposed?

Tehelka is just a tip of the Ice-Berg  is what said by many senior journalists. According to their reading, media today is no more medium of news and information but a commercial business that thrives on deals with corrupt and people in power. 

Tehelka is just a small example that got exposed but many other cases do not get reported, published and surface into public domain.

The senior most journalists from old school of thoughts think, present day media scene is corrupt to the core because it is owned by many rich and influential people with political power, who can manipulate and manage any situation with the help of media. Be it political, commercial, every issue can be managed by sponsored editorials and news.

This is an unfolding story about the corrupt media that speaks volumes on the Editorial takes that we keep watching in TV debates and bias news bites.

Investigative journalism and corrupt minds working in the media keep constantly claiming high moral positions is a myth. 

If not all, very few can claim to be clean, with high moral characters.

Shoma Choudhari and Tarun Tejpal are the classic examples of immoral characters working to expose others in the public space but when caught in the criminal act themselves,  the principles and moral values so far they were teaching others in the society, not even 1% of that is seen practiced in their personal and professional life?

Isn't that total cheating on people when media turns immoral and corrupt?
  

We all remember, Shoma Choudhari and Tarun Tejpal used to derive sadistic pleasure in exposing others in public life. When their sting operations were widely publicized on national channels continuously 24X7, Shoma Choudhari never thought, popular electronic media is not being fair with the victims Tehelka exposed?
  

Today, she is taking an opposite position when the crime is committed in her own back yard? Why these double standards? Isn't it total hypocrisy when she is getting the taste of her own medicine?
  

She says, media is not being fair with her? Today she says, I was personally trying to do justice to the girl who had to go through this traumatic experience in my office and I asked Tarun Tejpal to tender an apology immediately? She says, I got written apology from Tarun and that I thought satisfied the girl ?
  

So in other words, Shoma Choudhary was acting as a prosecutor, and jury too and passed the judgement on Tarun Tejpal to say sorry and step down for 6 months as a penance for whatever wrong done?

Excellent justice,  isn't it? But wait a minute... 

Did she ever pardoned her other accused caught on the camera in her sting operations? Or  those she exposed them on the national TV channels? To give them all another chance.

No she did not because she took high moral grounds then and told the world,... these are the criminals caught in the immoral and corrupt act on the camera and must be sent to gallows for cheating on the society.
  

But today, same Shoma Choudhary is not saying that to world about the crime committed in her own backyard. She is trying her best to cover-up.

And the worst is, she says to media... You all know only one side of the story but I know the other version of the story too? Which nobody knows? Only I know ? And this is where she tried to give a TWIST to her story by saying, It was all personal between two adults, but I  do not wish to get into that part of the story whether it was consensual or non-consensual.?

This twist by Shoma Choudhari was clearly trying to cast doubts about the girls character and Shoma kept making this claim in the media all the time which was disgusting comments and nothing but indirect character assassination of a girl. 

The other outrageous and damaging act  was by a very senior journalist and Editor-in-chief of Outlook Magazine Vinod Mehta.

He on Times Now debate in the News hour when asked his views about this episode, Vinod Mehta said on the national Channel, He received a SMS from Tarun Tejpal on his mobile. And he started  reading it out but, rightly so, when he was half way through reading the message  sent by Tejpal, Arnab Goswamy Stoped it simply because Vinod Mehta was intently trying to tell the world on national channel that the girl s character too is questionable according to his friend Tejpal? This was more disgusting act by a senior most journalists like Vinod Mehta.

  

Vinod Mehta was clearly trying to give clean chit to his friend Tejpal by reading out  SMS sent by Tejpal. This could be well planed move by influential editors.
  

Imagine, a very senior journalist, Editor-in-Chief  talks loosely something which has serious dimension to a criminal case which is being investigated?

Can you believe that? But Let me tell you, I am looking at his act differently. You may call it a cynical angle but anything is possible when powerful and influential people are involved.

Vinod Mehta is not a fool not to understand the seriousness of his revelation.  Vinod Mehrta was simply using his friend`s SMS to expose the victim`s character on the national channel and was trying to give his friend Tejpal clean chit. 

He was planting the same other version of the story that even Shoma Chaudhary has been trying to spread through media. It surely was planted and circulated to put a pressure on the girl and her family to give this message that fall in line or we will expose you too.

And Vinod Mehta was doing it to save their close friend, Terun Tejpal.

 
When the girl had said in her written complaint how it all happened and how she was even threatened about losing her job, Shoma was trying to act smart in her own defense knowing, this is backfiring on her.  Her Twitter comment that she wouldn't co-operate with Goa police, or  will not report to police herself was again a desperate last attempt to stop the whole issue getting blown up in her own face. 

She was doing all this cover-ups as if nothing serious or big has happened has a third dimension too. And that is clearly trying to stop disgraceful fall of Tehelka as an organization as she knew it well, with this episode the flag ship is sinking now. 

She is not really trying  to save Tarun Tejpal or the Victim, she is  trying to simply secure Tehelka`s future. That she knows well, with this extensive media exposure on this issue, Tehelka has no future and its reputation is completely demolished.  

But that exposed Shoma Choudhary further and gave us a peep into what is happening in the media industry. How principled media personalities are and .Media owners are? 

We really do not know which TV channel, Which journalist, which human rights activists  are hired to target politicians like Mr Modi ? How can people like Vinod Mehta, Kumar Ketkar be trusted with their political views ?  Their leaning towards Congress in the debates can be seen from their comments and views.

And lastly, how can we take TV Channels at a face value when they have debates which can be politically set, or orchestrated for political considerations and monitory considerations ? 

Today, credibility of the media, journalists, Human rights Activists and political class has taken a beating and at its lowest. And at the bottom of it is... Corruption at all levels. 

The responsible citizens of this country must make an educated choice and demand change in the corrupt system. 

Only civil society can do it if civil society wants to CHANGE INDIA FOR BETTER.

Prashant Bhushan says: Modi is Fascist.

Have People of Gujarat elected Fascist CM?

One like Hitler? 

Prashant Bhushan says:  Gujarat CM is Fascist.

Look at the crimes in Gujarat. Women are not safe. Some communities feel threatened always because of Hindu agenda followed by Narendra Modi?

Now these are serious, mischievous and politically 
motivated allegations.

And a response to these baseless allegations is called for.

According to Congress`s Digvijay singh, Kapil Sebal,  Manish tiwari and Now Prashant Bhushan of Aam Admi Party, all well educated, learned friends, legal eagles are saying Gujarat people have voted Hitler, a fascist as their leader for Gujarat.

Prashant Bhushan has  yet to  prove and come clean on his own Aam Aadmi party members involvement in corruption charges exposed in the sting operation. 

And in the media blitz on Gujarat Snooping  which is another fabricated story  by Congress and its allies, he is demanding Amit shah and Narendra Modi come on TV channel and prove they are not guilty of misuse and abuse of power ?
 

I can surely say ... to make a statement like this one needs to have lot of courage and guts or one has to be a fool.  But none of them are fools. They all know what they are talking and what their political agenda is for coming elections. 

Modi is their prime target and to nail Modi, all of them have come together.

According to their logic, people of  Gujarat are  fools, gullible and have no sense. This is how Congress,  Aam Admi Party or even JDU and SDP; BSP leaders think.. People of Gujarat are all Bewakoof, Gaonwallas, Aannaadi Log, who don't even understand what is good and what is bad for them ? 

According to their theory. politicians  are the enlightened class, and aam admi is a fool. Yes, this may be partly true as the political class has been  fooling aam admi for the last 67 years. But aam admi has got smart now because he is not the aam admi of 1950s. his profile is changed. and that is where this political class is going wrong.

But to think on this lines, isn't this an insult of  the electorate of  Gujarat and a mockery of people?

Gujarat chose Narendra Modi as their leader to lead Gujarat third consecutive time. Prashant Bhushan, Digvijay Singh, all of them think they are the champions of Human rights and Robinhoods of the poor. The only difference being, they rob the country but don't share their loot with poor, they keep it to themselves and deposit into foreign accounts. 

But they don't know, people of Gujarat have identified the looters.

Look at these legal experts who pass their judgments on a person who is elected by the Gujarat electorate in a democratic process in the largest electoral democracy in the world. 

They have no right to insult the people of Gujarat who voted Narendra Modi back in power as their leader once again. For them, he is not fascist nor communal.

First of all, they all should learn to respect our constitution, and the rights of the people. Making outrageous comments which can be termed as baseless and false only proves how much do they believe in electoral democracy.

It appears that Prashant Bhushan does not remember Emergency Rule imposed on citizens of India. That  was the Fascist act by Congress who enjoyed unconstitutional powers during the emergency Rule and committed crimes. Human rights were violated by Gandhi family throwing thousands in the jails who could not even approach courts. Why? Because,their fundamental rights given by constitution were suspended by Indira Gandhi`s  Congress I government?  

The emergency crimes against Congressmen should be tried in Human Rights Courts and all guilty must be punished with rigorous imprisonment for life so that no one dares ever to commit the same crime again?

Is Prashant Bhushan ready to take on the Fascist congress for emergency crimes?

Is Prashant Bhushan ready to take up Bhopal Gas victim cases ? Is Prashant Bhushan ready to take on Congress on 1984 Sikh riot cases to Supreme court for seeking justice ? All those families are still fighting their cases for fair and full justice? 

These were crimes committed by Congress and No Human Rights Activists, or media, is talking about these crimes committed 25 years back? Till today justice is not done.

Why is this cherry picking about Narendra Modi and Gujarat? Some Human right Activvists are working for Congress on this political conspiracy to nail Modi. 

They don't really care for poor, or victims, or muslim minority and backwards They want their votes and this is what their agenda is for the last 67 years.

But the times have changed. Ordinary people who do not belong to any one party have become smart and can not be fooled. we are not in 1950s. We are in 21st century.  
Prashant Bhushan has clearly insulted the sentiments of people of Gujarat.  Being an Advocate himself, he  must know his politically motivated public statements calling Narendra Modi Fascist, referring again and again to 2002 Gujarat riots,when the cases are in courts.  

Till today no charges against Mr Modi  of his involvement in 2002 riots as alleged are proved or no Indian court has convicted Narendra modi for 2002 riots.  

Political propaganda by Congress and people like Prashant Bhushan are nothing but  a Character Assassination and a political agenda to defame Narendra Modi, who is an elected Head of the Gujarat State by people. And people of Gujarat have rejected these allegations against Mr Modi with their mandate in his favor just in last elections.

Will these paid agents stop political and personal assassination of Mr Modi?
 
Will Prashant Bhushan first file cases against Congress for 1984 Sikh riots and  human rights violation during emergency rule of Congress?   

We, the civil society would like to see his professional honesty and integrity if he claims to uphold the principles of justice as a lawyer and believes  No one is criminal till proven guilty?

Prashant Bhushan... will you prove Narendra Modi is Fascist? And Communal?
