CONGRESS MAFIA IS PLOTTING A LARGER POLITICAL CONSPIRACY WITH THE FOREIGN AID TO DESTABILIZE INDIAN POLITY AND DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED GOVERNMENT AT THE CENTRE.
