Security of one billion Indians?

Are we safe in our country?

Again terror strikes in Pune. The terrorists have taken the lives of innocents in Pune bomb blast. Again.  Who has paid the price?  The common people.

The young innocents lost their lives and for no fault of theirs.

The news in TOI today says, American Intelligence had given information about such an attack in Pune and Mumbai. Home Minister, R.R.Patil makes a statement to reporters in Pune, accepting, yes, there were security lapses and the government did not take enough security measures to nab the culprits in time.

The point is...when the US intelligence had given prior warning about possible terror strike, Why adequate measures were not taken? Why public was not made aware about it? Why there were no proactive measures taken and public informed to be more careful?

We are still not through with 26/11 horrifying experience.

Ajmal Kasab is still not hanged in spite of caught red handed. Crores of rupees are spent on his safety so far. But no safety and security is still in place for citizens of this country yet.  I do understand, it is not easy as it sounds. But it is not difficult too. We lack  seriousness and proactive approach. We lack instant ACTION PLAN. Our political system, administration, governance and security agencies are corrupt. In today's media reports it is said, Indian Mujahudin hand is seen in Pune Blast. I remember last week, Home Minister Chidambaram made a statement to media saying, 26/11, handlers were executing plans very likely from Indian soil.

It is all shocking to learn. This clearly means, Terrorists are based in India.

From Pakistan, Bangladesh, they come on visits to India and disappear. Many such illegal migrants are settled in places like Bhivandi in Thane district and Mumbra, suburbs of Mumbai. And many other places all over India.  But our intelligence can not catch them. Hadley visited India number of times. Planed targets. Created local net work.  And we did not know even till Americans caught him?

The result is 26/11. Pune Blast. hundreds and thousands of innocent Indians being killed. Who is responsible for all this?

Our Home ministry, our intelligence is not competent to deal with terrorists minds. Terrorists are quick, fast and well prepared with latest weapons. Why are we not? Why do we sound helpless every time ? And then the leader will appear on TV channels, print  media, telling citizens... we will not cow down with these attack of terror. We will give befitting reply. We will not spare any efforts to hunt them down. They will be booked and punished.

Really?? Do you believe in these words anymore? I don't.

They sound to me hollow words with no meanings. I personally feel, we need a fighter like Winston Churchill to fight with Terrorism. Terrorism is a war waged on countries. It must be fought like you fight wars. The nation must have a Commander-in-Chief to fight this war with a strategy, mission and a plan. It is a soldiers job and not politicians.

I do not wish to pass the buck on but I surely expect an elected government to perform and deliver what the common man on the street expects. Safety, security and Confidence in the elected Government.

I am sorry, I don't have that confidence in my government. The minute I step out of my home, I am at the mercy of LET or Indian Mujaheddin. Do you blame me?

Just let me know, if I am wrong. Do you feel the same? Unsafe. Unsecured.?

Write your views without bias.

Rahul Gandhi and Cheap Politics.

Rahul Gandhi and his cheap political thinking
I was shocked and furious to listen to the speech of Rahul Gandhi about Balsaheb Thakray and Raj Thakray in a public rally in Bihar. He was trying to impress and influence the audience there which was not only a cheap gesture but arrogant too. He was instigating the crowed against Maharashtra, Maharashtrians and marathi people by referring to 26/11 terror attack on India's commercial capital Mumbai.

He said very categorically asking the crowed gathered there, when there were hostages trapped in Taj and other places, who rescued them? The NSG commandos. And who were NSG commandos? All from Utter Pradesh, Bihar and other states.

He also said further, where were Bal Thakray and Raj Thakray that time?

The meanest, cheapest, disgusting comments I have ever heard from a person who is dreaming to become Prime Minister of this country. ( in today's media reports, Prime Minister Manmohan singh has said Rahul is ready to become PM in 2014) If Rahul Gandhi is trying to mislead people, let me give details of who died in the rescue operation that went on for 72 hours.

This surely needs an answer to set records right.

But before writing my reaction here, let me ask Crown Prince Rahul Gandhi... At that time, whose government was in Maharashtra? Who was Home Minister in the center? What was your intelligence doing? Who failed to nab the attackers? Whose failure was it?  Raj and Bal Thakray?

And where were you yourself? There was a News published in the media You were partying with your friends till morning?

Where were the Home Ministers Shivraj Patil and R.R. Patil of your government? Would you please tell the common people who dye in these attacks? And not politicians like you who move around with Z Security at tax payers expense??

You are insulting our intelligence now and treating 26/11 like a local episode.

No. Rahul Gandhi, please. We common people are not interested in your political versions.  26/11  was like a war on India waged by Pakistan. Do you understand the seriousness of 26/11 and the scars it has left on many who lost their dear ones? Or for you,  it is only political opportunity to get millage for political benefits ??

For your information,  are you listening?

This is the detail information about the Marathi manoos who laid down their lives for the all Indians citizens and the foreigners. There is no question of talking of Mumbai or Delhi or Bangloor. It was attack on India.

Read this...

Out of 32 Marine commandos who entered the Taj hotel 12 were Marathi and those 18 ATS persons who died while fighting the terrorists where 100% Marathi manoos and out of 20 injured security persons 16 were Maharashtrians.

This is what the Marathi manoos has contributed to the terrorists attacks for the cosmopolitan Mumbaites. Those who died were Indians and those who were being saved by our brave men were Indian nationals and international citizens. Do not divide them by North, South, East and West. Balasaheb and Raj Thakray have never played such a pitch to get votes. It was a terror attack on Indian soil and no one, no one should ever use it for personal or political gains whichever way.

Are you listening?  We would like to refresh your memory now...

Who was  PSI Tukaram Umbale ?
Who literally nabbed Ajaml Kasab in the heinous act of terrorism and lost his life? Because of his guts and courageous act, one terrorist was caught live and his information led to the roots in Pakistan from where Pak trained terrorists were executing their heinous crime against innocents in Mumbai.

Look at your visit to Mumbai with entire police force and heavy security personnel in thousands around you. You came to Mumbai and you could not  visit this hero who gave his life while on duty. And you are asking who was there to rescue hostages on 26/11??

Now listen to this...  because you are not in a habit of studying facts.

Our senior most, late Ashok Kamte, Hemant Karkare and Salaskar, decorated Top cops, pride of Maharashtra police, gave their lives... all Maharashtrians. ( Only for argument sake) Got mercilessly killed by Kasab. You never thought of meeting their families??

What kind of political belief inspired you to ask in a public meeting, who came to rescue hostages on 26 /11???

You surely need to apologize to entire Maharashtra and Maharashtrians for insulting them with your rude, derogatory remarks on 26/11.  If you can go to such a low standards, do not expect your opponents to follow the rules of the game. They too will react harshly and rudely.

This Nehru family member, wants to be in the lime light and get cheap publicity.

He talks about the ugliest terror attack on this nation's commercial capital Mumbai, when Indians of all color, cast, creed died. Still the scars and wounds are not healed of many who lost their loved ones and he shamelessly makes it a political issue to get cheap millage and cheap publicity? And the media does not see anything wrong in saying so? Nikhi Wagle of IBN Lokmat does not question this Prince nor other TV channels who continuously keep talking against Thackeray?? Is it because all these media channels are owned by North Indians?

This can be argued separately some other time but today, I just want to tell Rahul Gandhi,  don't take us for fools and use cunningly "Divide and Rule" policy used 60 years back by Britishers. Grow up, and if you are dreaming to become PM one day, don't play regional politics. With this kind of a mind set, do you deserve to be a leader of one billion people?

Your arrogance only proves one point that neither you have a vision nor the capability to lead this nation of one billion people.

Remember, it is a two way traffic. There can be different views and opinions. By bullying opposition, you are trying to make your position in Congress may be as future leader but. you do not try to divide people and rule. Do it on your own merits by proving to people you can deliver. You have the vision to take this country to next level. India is not just Congress and Congress is not India. You need to see everything in larger context.

Incompetent ministers in the Government ?

Who is Responsible for
incompetent ministers in the Government?
He is the man answerable and accountable. And he is responsible for hiring incompetent ministers in his government on responsible positions to Deliver.

I see it this way, it is off course the failure of the team leader that is the PM, but the worst is this, our PM is a non performing asset and sitting there holding the top position without accountability.

It is not as simple as it looks. It is simply the political game being played by all of them with aam admi.and this nation. Prime Minister is acting merely as a puppet, because, everyone is there only in this game to hold position of power for selfish gains.

Our PM may be very nice as a person, but we don't need a nice person to RUN this nation. We need a leader with vision to take this country forward and make good for its people, and build our future like China is doing.

The failures of his governance, his cabinet ministers, their incompetence is utterly unpardonable and criminal. And let me tell you, it may look as if, it is their incompetence. It is NOT. It is their political motives that are at work for their political and personal selfish gains.

Shard Pawar is playing his games. Prafull Patel, his right hand man, is playing his political role as given by his boss. Our PM is playing his role as per the directions by his boss. All of them are only following one thing in this game. That is, you scratch my back, I scratch yours. Let Aam Admi go to hell.

What about the great ex finance minister P. Chidambaram? Is he not responsible to make a mess of our financial affairs?

We have not one, but four great Gurus from finance and Economics. Our Prime Minister,Manmohan singh, Mr Chidambaram, Mr Ahaluwalia. And yes, now Mr Pranab Mukharjee.

After having all of them with their great professional backgrounds and experiences, Is it not their failure? Or is it the bigger political game?

I think, it is nothing but a bigger political game. It is really beyond the imagination of a common man. Aam admi card is being played just to fool common janata. Look at the declarations by every elected member about his/her wealth, properties, assets? It surely gives a clear picture about where the tax payers money is going.

Today our parliament house is a millionaires Club. And rightly so. And the politicians have become Kings and their sons and daughters, prince and princesses.

I say... like the law says, even if you know about the crime and if you remain mute about it. It also is a punishable crime.

And with the same token, even our Prime Minister, however he may be innocent, nice, non corrupt, he is a part of this nexus, seeing everything mutely. People like him who are merely YES men are more dangerous. They can not rule and contribute positively. Their contribution is zero. Because they are acting the role of a spectator, for just enjoying the power. They have nothing to offer to aam aadmi. And so, I hold him equally responsible for creating a mess, when supporting non performing, cunning, self serving politicians like Sharad Pawar, Krishna, Prafull Patel, Murli Deora, Shinde, Deshmukh, and many others, who are selling this country to leading business houses  and enjoying lots of financial benefits at our cost.

So, our PM is the first who needs to be placed in the dock. Because, principally and morally, if he is not happy with the performance of his team, he surely has the choice to sack them. And for any reasons, politically motivated or otherwise, if it is not possible for him to do so, he should quit as PM and come clean in front of common man.

But, the aam admi's misfortune is, our PM is nice as a person, good, non corrupt, but, he too is power hungry. He needs this job desperately and if so,he must please his BOSS and play the same tune with his team and masters.

So, we are the suckers. We need to think what next?

Is CBI, independent in reality?

Is CBI, independent in reality?
Or do you think it is used for political advantages by the Ruling government?

Why do we get this feeling about CBI and the Ruling Government that there is more to explain for the ruling party when just before elections Jagdish Tytler is given Clean chit by CBI?

The Sikh community has been claiming about the crime being committed by few in 1984 riots in Delhi. 25 years have passed and Sikh community is feeling frustrated and disgusted.

After all the sufferings and pain they have gone through for 25 years, they haven't got justice?

What the Journalist did was wrong and he accepts it too that his show of anger displayed against the Home Minister was wrong but the issue he raised was right.

Isn't it like they say... justice delayed is justice denied

If one doesn't get justice in time, how long the person has to suffer? How the person has to show his or her displeasure towards the authority? This can happen only when the limits are crossed and you are convinced that you are being taken for granted and this case the whole community.

Giving election tickets to culprits is like playing with the emotions of the people especially when you are in the government and suppose to be sensitive about the feelings of citizens who look at the governing body's to do justice to people.

In this case... there is utter disregard and insensitivity towards people. And no insensitive government has any right to stay in power for a minute. People should vote them out because they are irresponsible, insensitive and just don't care about citizens.

Those who don't care for their own people have no business to take a public office.

Express your opinion as a concerned citizen.

Brit begs answer on Slumdogs from Indian PM

Mumbai Mirror on its front page today carried the news with this headline....

Brit Begs Answer on Slumdogs from India's PM.

A common , ordinary citizen of Britain, who has never visited India, not connected with any NGO was disturbed when he read a report in the UK paper on Mumbai's Slum children being crippled for begging by the mafia gangs.

He was disturbed because he could not imagine it could really happen that one human being crippling another for making money out of begging and making living?

But, It took a letter from a British national to the Indian Prime Minister's office asking if its true? And the result... The PM's office order a probe to find out if its indeed true?

The probe is ordered asking the state to investigate the matter.

It is truly a shame for Indians, Indian government, politicians, and the police that an outsider who is remotely not connected with India, Indians, wants to know this disturbing truth. And not our present time governments? police or political class? What an utter shame?

Have we become so insensitive? So shameless that we don't care for human beings and human life?

That we need to be questioned by an outsider what is happening with fellow human beings in your country?
NO. Not the common souls for sure. The commoners still have their sensitivities in place, Their values in place. Their humanity aspect in place. But talk of this political class?

The erosion of human values is so disturbing that many times these issues concerning the lives of fellow humans are not so important for these political class.

Yes, it is a fact that the present time political class just don't care for human life and values. This class has created a system that works in their own interest and so do not feel disturbed with such reports.
Don't we all remember, not too long ago, the film called Traffic Signal was pictured about the same issues by Madhur Bhandarkar? Was it not pictured about what goes on at Traffic lights in Mumbai? Wasn't it revealing about the same issue and many more talking pictorially in a movie about who all are involved in these rackets?

Did the Home Ministry take any clue from the film and tried to find the truth?

No. Never. Because who cares about people? Who cares if children are maimed, crippled for begging? Who cares if terrorists kill innocent people at CST Station? In the Bus or Trains ? Who cares?

Our Ex Home Minister was busy hunting for Bar Girls because according to him they posed a threat to our 5000 year old Indian culture and so his police force was busy 24 hrs trying to save our age old culture. And finally he saved our culture by throwing Bar Girls out of the Bars. For the Home Minister, it was urgent and important. Terrorist threats were not important. He and all of the political class did not feel disturbed on seeing the Traffic Signal Movie. But just a report in UK Paper disturbed a British national and provoked him into writing a letter to Indian Prime Minister? Asking, is it indeed true what the story says? But our politicians and police at large have become so thick skinned that they don't feel its worth any attention. Because they just don't care about human lives or life at large
.
They are mainly interested in coming to power, then make use of power to make money. That's it. For receiving such a letter, our PM should hang his head in shame because it is all happening under his rule of law. They have indeed become so insensitive after 60 years of their successful fooling with Aam Admi that they know, these are all suckers. One Billion of them
.
Are We really ?

Do we have to become sucker every time? Don't we have any other choice? WE DO ACTUALLY. I personally feel and rightly so, that Internet is a very powerful medium which can reach largest no of people with the message. It has a deep penetration power. It can be used to influence our gullible "Aam Admi not to become a sucker again and again. Why Not use it? So, let us use the power of Internet and create awareness among common people about many issues that concern our daily lives at State and national level.

This way we surely will provoke a person to "THINK' in the right direction.
And that I strongly believe is POWERFUL enough to bring in change. Today, we are simply taken for granted. Because we go by the media reports, media opinions and media views. But many of them are really not independent in the real sense. They too are attached to some political party. So we commoners can not really take their views seriously. ( Just see this case. The UK paper reported this story on Slumdogs being crippled for begging and our print and electronic media could not expose it even after Traffic Signal movie exposed the culprits? )

This is a human interest story and very disturbing one of a civilized society which our powerful electronic media could have followed it to expose our corrupt, rotten political system.

But unfortunately media never plays that positive role. The reason is they are loyal to their masters. And unfortunately not to their readers and viewers. I think the time has come for all thinking class to stand together against all odds, against these power hungry wolves and say...ENOUGH OF IT.

ENOUGH OF YOUR 60 YEARS OF MISRULE. ENOUGH OF YOUR FOOLING AROUND.
NOW, SHOW US YOUR PAST PERFORMANCE RECORDS.

AND PLANS FOR NEXT 50 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT.

And most importantly, what firm plans you have to weed out corruption from the political domain, administration, and government offices and agencies?

Do you have plans and ideas in place to make India industrially, agriculturally powerful ? Like Japan and Germany after their vast destruction in the second world war. (Today, they have emerged as the biggest industrial powers in the world )

We are seriously not interested in your popular hollow sloganeering such as " Garibi Hatao

Remember this well, you are not selling here a soap or a detergent. It is a nation of ONE BILLION POPULATION waiting for last sixty years to see a leadership with vision and ideas to solve our problems.

If you can't.. YOU ARE NO GOOD FOR US.

We wont allow you to take us for granted this time. We will VOTE YOU OUT. Because we are thinking on these lines and are all united. We are. Because we want change.
