CBI failed? Again? Isn't it fishy?

Yes, CBI failed once again to get Davy to India.

It is really intriguing  why and how CBI fails to nail the criminals in the courts. It is a subject that raises many questions about CBI's ability, credibility and competence as an investigative agency. This time in Denmark court on Purulia arms drop case of Dec 17,1995. The accused was Kim Davy.

This is not the first time. We all know Quotrochi case. The famous Boffors scandal where CBI miserably failed to get Quotrochi to India on account of lack of evidence?

Do you believe that? Do you really think CBI was sincere in following these cases to their logical conclusions? I don't believe either in these cock and bull stories given by CBI. And this Congress government.

The fact is, there are big names involved in these cases, real big names from  political class who are directly or indirectly involved in making money  and therefore these cases and cases like these will never be proved. Only taxpayer's money will be blown on foreign visits by CBI in crores only because Congress politicians are beneficiary to this loot.

That is the reason just last week, this Congress government took CBI out of RTI act so that no one can question CBI through RTI Act to show us the files of these cases. You just can not use RTI Act against CBI because of new amendment in the Act. Congress is making amendments in RTI Act or making Lokpal Bill toothless is also for same reasons because they know they will be digging their own grave if they introduce laws like what the civil society is demanding.

But Kapil Sebal and the Congressmen are working hard with the media to convince aam aadmi how the government is justified in the stand against Lokpal draft Anna Hazare and his team is demanding. I have been reading detail articles published in the media by Kapil Sebal where he is talking about all the laws we have already in place, the checks and balances and the constitution of our country which is so powerful that we don't need to do anything special against corruption.

And he also says that, we are the elected representatives to make laws if required and our job is to protect parliamentary democracy, how can we allow 4/5 people calling themselves representatives of entire civil society? People have elected us and given us the mandate to run the government and we will do it in the interest of this country and our countrymen.

Kapil Sebal is trying his best to convince aam aadmi in his own cunning style that how Lokpal will be like a worst cure than the decease and how it will become a Frankenstein's monster without accountability. In his series of articles, he is making an attempt to prove how civil society of these five heads are messing up with the parliamentary democracy and law makers.

Mr Kapil Seball... pardon me for asking you

If what all you are saying about how fantastic our democracy works with all institutions and elected representatives working responsibly in upper house and lower house with Robust system in place as per your perception, then you tell us...

Why there was a A Raja scam? Why Kanimuri scam? Why Suresh Kalmadi scam? Why Hasan Ali scam? Why Telgi scam? Why Aadarsh scam? Why Oil scam? Why Land scams? Why Boffors scam? Why Natwarlal oil scam? Scams in educational institutes owned by many Congress ministers. Scams in the hospitals. Scams in Air India. Even the judiciary is not free of coruption. Police and security agencies are corrupt. Customs, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Octroi offices, Rationing offices, Railway ticket offices, Municipal corporations, Land and property registration offices?

Why so many places have corruption from top to bottom and huge scandals going?
Can you explain the nation... Why so many scams? And who is responsible?

According to civil society perception.. the media and Supreme court have exposed all these scams and the records show,  even after expose after expose our Prime Minister refused to accept somethings were terribly wrong?

It was not YOUR Government which nabbed the culprits but for media and Supreme court this looting that is going on for years together would never have come to light.

Mr Sebal... as per your argument, if you have the robust parliamentary system working, tell us, what went wrong that your government could not catch these looters? All who arecaught are ministers of cabinet rank under your government?

Should we conclude... Mr Sebal

Your government protected the looters?  Your government allowed looters to loot?
Did your government failed to see who is looting this country? Or deliberately ignored the loot?

Whatever your argument, the fact is your government failed to catch the loot that was going on and when media exposed scams after scams of your ministers and the big names got exposed, civil society wanted to know what is happening? And Anna Hazare only became a reason for the civil society to take elected members of the parliament to task.

Because, your robust system failed, your government failed, we the civil society is questioning now.. Robust system failed or politicians from your government failed the system?

We know, the later is true. It is the corrupt government that failed the robust system. Because,  however your systems are foolproof, corrupt people can fail even the good systems.
Like a Good Prime Minister can also fail,  if the entire system is corrupt.

And that is why civil society movement against this rampant corruption by the political class misusing and abusing the powers to fill up their Swiss accounts.

We want to Stop this loot. Your argument is not convincing.

Our martyrs carted away in garbage truck?

What A Shameful Act!
Every Indian hangs his/her head in shame today.

3 Special force jawans died fighting Maoists? No, they did not die. They gave their lives for our nation. They fought for India, their country.

They are martyrs!  And they were carted away in garbage truck?

Every Indian is feeling ashamed today to call Indian. But politicians are not. They are justifying the act. Trying to cover up with some rubbish stories.

It is Shameful.

This was a height of insensitivity shown towards our jawans who got killed for our country and gave their lives.

But every wrong act these politicians do, they try to justify shamelessly.

Lathi charge and tear gas on innocent people at midnight on sleeping children, girls, women and old men who did not pose any security threat were beaten up mercilessly and it was justified by  Dr Manmohan Singh and all his ministers.
I think this government and the ruling class of our country is become thick skinned, insensitive and shameless. This is a corrupt class and so cares a damn for civilians.

This is their utter arrogance.

This incident of carrying bodies of our martyrs in garbage truck is utterly humiliation and an insult of India and Indians.

THIS IS UNPARDONABLE CRIME.

Every Indian hangs head in shame today with a big question mark.

Is this Government
by the people? of the people? and for the people?

Will PM ask Digvijay Singh to behave himself?

The news in the media.
"Hazare may get "Ramdev Treatment" if he fasts.
. Congress Leader.Digvijay says.

Have you read this front page news? If not, read it. it appeared on the front page of Hindustan Times on July 23rd 2011.

Is he threatening Anna Hazare and the civil society?

The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh should hang his head in shame for this arrogance of his party leader because it is an attack on the constitution of this country and an attack on the right of a citizen of this country.

If the PM does not ask Digvijay Singh to shut his mouth, this PM has compromised with his dignity of the office and his own conscience. No surprise if the section of the civil society rightly feels it is not Digvijay Singh who is walking the talk, but he is his master's voice.

This open threat is not just an arrogance on the part of ruling UPA2,  it is disgraceful behavior and needs to be condemned in the strongest tone and words. The PM of this country who leads this nation and who is finally answerable and accountable to people of this country must speak for or against to make his stand and position clear on such arrogance of his ministers.

For one billion people of this country the Prime Minister is supreme. Or else this is  a complete mockery of democracy and an insult of civil society.

Digvijay Singh on his own can not openly challenge and issue a threat unless he has a support of top leaders. This includes ministers like Kapil Sebal and Chidambaram who have been playing mischief with Anna Hazare and civil society simply because, they want to prove that they are the only law makers and the civil society has no role to play.

But may we ask now with the same arrogance... Have you played your role in the last 43 years? Honestly and sincerely?

If you had ... 2G, 3G, CWG, CWC, Adarsh, Boffors, Oil scam, Land scams, Telgi scam, would not have taken place and public money would not have been looted for so many years. Anna Hazare and the civil society wouldn't have thought to come on the streets.

So stop this arrogance and don't try our patience.

This is crossing the limits of all democratic norms and trying to give a message loud and clear that "Don't even think or try" to go against political class, or what happened to Baba Ram Dev will happen to you. If Digvijay Sing and his co partners from the government are thinking their goonda raj will crush this people's movement led by Anna Hazare, I feel pity for their inability to read the writing on the wall that clearly says... Enough is Enough! We the people of this country will not allow you to take us for a ride any more. Period.

It looks like this government is deliberately creating a situation of emergency so that they can use and misuse the powers to silence the voices of the people and then rule over to loot this country with full powers and freedom when there wont be any protest, protesters, resistance and Dharna, Morcha by civil society. No hunger fast, No strikes.

These politicians especially from the ruling class who are seriously disturbed with Anna Hazare movement and the unexpected overwhelming support from the civil society that they have lost their mental balance. They  have started thinking this country belongs to them and common people of this country who have elected them are suckers.

Well, the history has proved again and again,  you can't fool around with people all the time. Last sixty three years have been too long with too little and too late for the people of this country.  All those who have been enjoying powers and public offices to fill in their own pockets have to stop fooling around with the civil society.

Because... we are the power. The people's power. There can not be a democracy without the participation of the people. We will exercise our democratic rights and see how Digvijay Singh plans to stop aam admi from the peaceful, non violent people's movement against the corrupt ruling class.

People like Digvijay Singh should not have place in public life if he does not respect democracy and our constitution. The PM should throw him out from his party who does not believe in democratic rights of the people and ask him to keep shut.

We the civil society know how and when to play our role. We surely can answer the threats.

The box office Hit with Five star rating.

Today, final meeting between Government appointed Lokpal committee and Civil society members took place and what was scripted well in advance by Congress was enacted to please the citizens at large of this country.

The show was well choreographed, well planned and well executed by the Congressmen. The civil society members with all their honest efforts were in short put in the place with the loud and clear message... we are the ruling class. We will do what we want.

Again in this whole drama there were other players. Elected representatives by the people for the people and of the people. They too have their script kept ready for the second part of the Drama. The first part just got over today. Now the political parties who are the law makers will decide the fate of Lokpal Bill. And we know from the last 60 years of experience how the bill will never see the light of the day.

When political class becomes arrogant and starts thinking they are the rulers when elected by people, it is a writing on the wall that says Watch Out! Democracy is in trouble!

This time, the civil society must forget about all arguments and all debates and discussions. The civil society must think hard why is this happening what is happening?

Scams after scams? Corruption at all levels from top to bottom.? Criminalization of politics. Billions and trillions are looted and parked out side in the Swiss banks? Huge properties, Educational institutes are owned by political class? Only family members of the political class get elected? Those who were nobody some years back have become millionaires?

And the parliament is become millionaires club?

The civil society and thinking people must not engage themselves in useless arguments and lose the focus from "Corruption and Corrupt Governance"

If Anna Hazare and his supporters are fighting against corruption to free our country from this cancer which will destroy our democracy and democratic institutions, it is time we from the civil society, all citizens must take the call to support the peaceful nonviolent movement and demand for accountability from our elected members

We also must start a process of selecting our own candidates from civil society who are with good backgrounds, who have passion to work in a social life and make a difference.Today, all political parties have started selling election tickets to people who come to them with crores of Rupees in cash to add to their election funds. The elections are won on the strength of money power and that is the root cause of criminal elements entering into politics, the practice started by all political parties for their political gains.

If this has to stop, we surely need a leader like Anna Hazare to lead the masses who follows Gandhian philosophy  and lives a simple life. I know, many journalists, and politicians are raising many questions about Anna Hazare and his team their credibility and characters.

But I take it as a very cunning way to discredit the civil society so that it gets divided  and the loot goes on by these corrupt people.

And who are these people talking against civil society? Some media people and few politicians like Digvijay Sing. But what is their own credibility?

Before pointing a finger at Anna Hazare and the civil society members,  let them first prove that all the wealth they have accumulated, their properties at all places on their names and their relations, from where have they earned it? what is the source of their income?  How everyone have become from rags to riches?

Let Digvijay Singh question on national TV, how his party politicians and associates like DMK, NCP, SP, BSP have made fortunes? Let him name these people like he opens his mouth about others to discredit them.

Let him ask PM Dr Manmohan Singh to investigate every politician's wealth and estates and colleges, Institutions and Corporate businesses by an independent authority free from political influence and not by CBI.  What does all these people think? Some journalists and some from the elite class and politicians think that people are fools.

All those journalists who keep talking against Anna Hazare and his team, why don't they never talk about some big names who even the common civil society members know are corrupt and looting this country and have become the rich in the political class?

They will never because they are corrupt themselves, purchasable,  and they are working for these corrupt political class. They are hired to write stories against Anna Hazare and civil society members to create confusion in the civil society and divide people who are coming out in support to Anna and his team fighting against corruption.

Let us not get sucked in. The fight against corruption is long and hard because corruption has reached its peak in this country and these political parties have promoted it, nurtured it and fertilized it. It is a creation of these politicians and the loot is shared among everyone from top to bottom in the power.

It is just the perfect working system created  that works too well for businessmen, corporates, and all government offices like customs, Income tax, sales tax, CBI, police, ration office, at Railways, at Municipal corporations, and many other government offices where we see agents running virtually those offices and the loot is shared from top to the lowest beneficiary, the office boys of those offices.

So we don't have to listen to these dishonest people who are always trying to mislead aam admi, aam janata. But they are now exposed fully. Their intentions are seen through by civil society which are to keep looting this country and in this loot work together. The politicians are trying to hoot out civil society and RULE as the kings..

Let us not allow these criminals to loot our country. Let us stand united in this fight against corruption, corrupt rule and miss governance.

Support movement against corruption. Support Anna and his team.

Anna Hazare, his movement and Media

Is Media trying to divide Anna movement ?

Yesterday there was a news published on the front pages of all the news papers saying Justice Santosh Hegde differs with Team Anna Hazare on the plans of Anna's hunger fast again.

May be or may not be.

Having different views is a great power of democracy and that is required to have healthy democracy in all forums. So even if views on approach to take the campaign against corruption and corrupt governance and corrupt politicians may differ from person to person does not mean the civil society is split on the fight against corruption.

Let us not get misled by such stories and media reports because this is what section of the press and entire political class want to see that this movement by civil society led by Anna Hazare and his team gets demolished. The government whose ministers are involved in corruption and few are in jail and still many have criminal cases going in the courts have no honest intentions to make strong laws against corruption.

it is now clear from the way senior ministers like Kapil Sebal, P.Chidambaram, Digvijay Singh are showing their arrogance towards civil society.

Besides political class, there are also few senior journalists, editors of the media, business community and the elite class who enjoys this corrupt system that works well for them to fill their pockets with black money that is generated with corrupt practices at all levels. And it is a parallel economy that runs in this country with the knowledge of our honest, non corrupt Prime Minister.

Isn't it unfortunate for this country after having an honest, non corrupt PM like Dr Manmohan Singh there are scams after scams and the loot in billions of rupees is going on right under his leadership?

Therefore, it is important not to get misled by news reports about Anna Hazare and his honest team who is fighting our battle.

Let us not get confused and lose the focus of our fight against these arrogant ruling class and political class.

Let us stay united with Anna Hazare and his team because all the media reports from certain section of political class and media too are an attempt to discredit Anna Hazare and his team so that finally this people's movement gets killed with a psychological war by a constant propaganda against civil society.

Don't get fooled. We have been fooled and tricked into for the last 60 years.

Enough is enough.
